Tis' the Season to BE!

At this time of year, the christmas tree is put up, the festive decorations are dispersed all throughout the house; snowman are made, snowballs are thrown, driveways are being shoveled, hay rides are taken with horses pulling us in the sleigh and people are dying daily by attempting to put up their Christmas lights!

Also at this time of year: Final Oral exams are being taken, people passing, people failing; written exams are being typed up, individuals are going into debt spending money from their

savings account to pay for Christmas presents and to put gas in the car to make it home from school for the holidays. Clothes and books are being packed into boxes to be moved from one location to another- preparing for new roommates, a new environment and tons of fun and exciting memories!

Tis' the season to BE! To be what? To be YOU!!! Many are happy, many become depressed, many just sit down and cry while others are hugging, kissing and celebrate with their family and friends! What about you? Are you going to just be? or are you going to be YOU? The wonderful, fabulous, fantastic, amazing individual that you are. A Son or Daughter of God! A God who loves YOU, knows YOU, cares about YOU and is always there for YOU!!! Now tell me, why wouldn't you want to be YOU! "Be the best YOU that you can be!"

As for me, I'm going to BE! Be what? ME!!! This holiday is to celebrate family, friends, love, relationships, appreciation and most importantly, the birth of our Saviour, Jesus Christ, the Son of God. "And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people. For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord."
